Mr. Caputo handles a wide variety of cases ranging from complex commercial disputes to sophisticated personal injury matters. He has also assisted clients in achieving pre-suit settlements, entering temporary restraining orders, and closing business transactions.
Nicholas graduated from Villanova University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, in May 1998 and pursued a law degree at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, Juris Doctor, With Honors, in May 2001.
Nicholas has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law since 2003 where he has taught over 60 semesters of courses including Intensive Trial Advocacy, Litigation Technology, Evidence & Advocacy, Trial Advocacy I, and Trial Advocacy II.
